Dieleman has spent her professional career in the financial services and insurance industry. She has more than 10 years of experience in senior executive positions in employee benefits. As a member of the ARAG executive team charged with linking corporate strategy to business execution, Dieleman says, “I have a personal commitment to helping create a more legal-informed consumer base, as well as leading the design of customer-centric approaches to business.”
Dieleman earned her bachelor’s degree in business and communications from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa and her master’s in business administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She is an executive member of the Creative Good Councils, a former board member of the American Marketing Association and a member of the Direct Marketing Association.
