Delp joined Arbita last July as national sales director. He has been instrumental in growing and strengthening Arbita’s core business and supporting the company’s expansion into recruitment process optimization (RPO) consulting on a global scale.

Previous to Arbita, Delp was a regional sales executive with HRsmart, a provider of talent management software. For three years, he was a producer for TruEntertainment. Among other roles, he raised millions in equity funding at TruEntertainment, and developed and oversaw projects.
