Assess Systems Hires Paul Jackson as Vice President of Sales

DALLAS, May 13, 2014–Assess Systems has hired Paul Jackson as its Vice President of Sales.

Jackson will lead the sales organization at Assess Systems, which provides Talent Selection and People Development solutions for companies in a variety of industries, some of which include restaurant, hospitality, retail, healthcare and banking.

Jackson brings an extensive and impressive background in sales and sales leadership, including 15 years of selling to Human Resources. Prior to joining Assess Systems, Jackson was Vice President, Sales for CVM Solutions, a Kroll Company. Prior to CVM, he was Director of Enterprise Sales with HireRight, where he helped increase company revenues to $79M from $8M in five years.

Jackson said Assess Systems’ 100 percent client renewal rate in 2013 is one of the things that attracted him, saying it shows customers see the value in the company’s solutions and customer service.
