With over 30 years of HR experience, Cheryl provides strategic direction on solving clients’ business issues and ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of Berkshire’s solutions.
Cheryl’s appointment strengthens Berkshire’s mission to provide clients with stellar solutions and services. Her past experience successfully executing corporate-wide, multi-level HR strategies, and serving as a trusted partner to C-suite executives, adds to Berkshire’s objective to continue to satisfy the demands of Fortune 500 companies, and corporations with sizeable workforces. In support of this objective, Cheryl will provide guidance on policies, procedures, and operations that serve to enhance the client experience.
Holding several executive positions, Cheryl’s experience extends across industries, and she is widely known as a subject matter expert in affirmative action, diversity, compensation, talent management, and strategic workforce development. Prior to joining Berkshire, Cheryl was VP of Human Resources for LifeBridge Health, a health system organization with over 8,000 employees, where she partnered with senior leaders to drive a thriving culture of engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement. She was also Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Allfirst Bank where she led the strategic direction and management of the compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employment, employee relations, EEO, and AA functions.
