COLUMBIA, MD–July 31, 2014, Berkshire Associates Inc., a leading human resources consulting and technology firm, announces the appointment of Lynn A. Clements as its Director of Regulatory Affairs. Lynn spent nearly a decade in integral roles at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)–and in recent years worked as an employment attorney where she counseled clients through a wide range of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory issues and compliance audits.
Lynn’s appointment serves to further strengthen Berkshire’s mission to invest in world-class talent in order to provide its clients with stellar solutions. Due to her unmatched background in both law and government, Lynn’s role at Berkshire includes advising clients and staff on all areas of affirmative action and EEO compliance.
Prior to joining Berkshire, Lynn served as a shareholder and employment attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C. She also held positions as a senior level policy advisor for the DOL and EEOC, including the Acting Director/Deputy Director of the Policy Division of OFCCP–where she oversaw all policy and regulatory initiatives. Lynn’s experience uniquely qualifies her to address even the most complex compliance issues.
