This product is the first in the Birkman at Work toolkit series developed to empower organizations to cultivate stronger teams. Birkman at Work is a completely new offering for Birkman that provides resources to host dynamic team building workshops quickly and easily.
The Birkman Map: Usual Behavior & Needs toolkit translates the powerful personality data from the widely respected Birkman Method assessment into a simplified, interactive workshop. Developed by expert facilitators, the toolkit can be used by anyone who wants to lead a team building workshop, but doesn’t have the time or resources to build one themselves.
