Brink’s Incorporated have partnered with Thomas International since 2006, working with their Canadian division on a variety of talent management initiatives. Brink’s Canada has benefited from Thomas’ diverse assessment and reporting options that are specific to each unique talent management application, as well as Thomas’ proprietary web technology, which is accessed through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Divisions of Brink’s Incorporated in Canada, USA, South America and Europe will all implement the Thomas solution, and usage in Asia is scheduled to come online in the near future.
