NEW YORK, July 10, 2012 – Buck Consultants, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX) today announced it has opened an office in Sao Paulo, Brazil with the former partners of Triaxes Consultoria Atuarial Ltda., an actuarial consulting firm. Buck and Triaxes have worked as affiliates since 2009.

The Sao Paulo office provides retirement plan administration and human resources outsourcing services to 35 clients.
