Cleveland, OH – CareerCurve, one of North America’s fastest growing companies, has announced the addition of Mike Golenberke to the executive team as Vice President of HR Partnerships.
Golenberke’s experience spans more than 15 years in the career transition industry and will be instrumental to continuing CareerCurve’s expansion, focusing on furthering developing business in northeast Ohio. “I am thrilled to have Mike Golenberke join our team in the Ohio market,” said Shawn Cavanaugh, President and COO of CareerCurve. “Mike is a strategic consultative business professional who has deep expertise in talent solutions and will be a superior addition to our high performing workforce.”

A native Clevelander, Golenberke earned his BA in Accounting from Cleveland State University. He was recently awarded the 2016 Distinguished Marketing & Sales Award from the Sales & Marketing Executives (SME) of Cleveland for his outstanding sales and marketing achievements and to recognize his demonstration of the highest business, professional, and ethical standards.
In addition to Golenberke’s appointment, Jen Turi was promoted from Director to Vice President of Key Business Development Initiatives. Turi joined CareerCurve in 2008 as Manager, Client Relations and served as the in-house social media expert, launching all company social media efforts and developing a very targeted following of potential customers / contacts per corporate initiatives. “Jen has demonstrated a solid track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results,” said Cavanaugh. “She is extremely talented and experienced in customer relationships, driving sales, ensuring quality delivery, and meeting goals with strategic key initiatives.”
Turi is also a native to Cleveland and received a BA in Psychology from Miami University (OH).
