Chamberlain Research Consultants were commissioned by Secova to conduct a full client survey measuring attributes in satisfaction & loyalty, product technology & innovation, process improvement and customer service satisfaction. For each attribute, Secova’s clients marked a significant year on year improvement for the second year in a row. Success factors collected through the survey pointed to Secova’s practice of “listening”, “responding to needs” ,”responding quickly”, and “offering proactive solutions” as the determining factors for their high ratings.
