In this role, he will be responsible for guiding Presagia’s global strategy as it rapidly expands in the workforce management software market.
Mr. Olds has an extensive and successful history of senior management roles in fast-growing technology companies. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Aegera Therapeutics, where he was responsible for clinical operations, business development, finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions. During his tenure, Aegera raised over $100 Million of growth capital, initiated 5 clinical development programs, acquired a rival technology company, and closed a preclinical licensing transaction with a potential value in excess of $300 million. Prior to Aegera Therapeutics, Mr. Olds was Chief Financial Officer of Mediatrix Telecom where he was responsible for operations, finance and manufacturing. He also led the technology investment banking practice of TD Securities in Quebec.
