Dovetail Launches Dovetail Support Suite for HR Version 4 at the HR Technology Conference

AUSTIN, TX — October 1, 2012 — Dovetail Software, a leader in SaaS HR Service Delivery and Case Management solutions, today announced that it will be launching a new version of Dovetail Support Suite for HR at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition in Chicago on October 8, 2012.

Dovetail Support Suite for HR Version 4 includes a completely overhauled user interface (UI), focused on simplicity while creating more social interactions between users. With photo avatars and case flow designed with conversations in mind, the new UI creates a more personal experience for HR agents and employees. The cleaner layout, improved navigation and modern social features minimize training needs and encourage immediate user adoption.
