Dovetail Software Becomes an HR Certification Institute Approved Provider

Dovetail Software, a worldwide leader in SaaS HR case management and help desk solutions, announced today that it has been awarded Approved Provider status by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and can offer recertification credits for approved webinars and programs. Credits apply toward the following certifications for HR professionals: PHR® (Professional in Human Resources), SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources), GPHR® (Global Professional in Human Resources).

The most recent webinar approved for 1 hour of general recertification credit is 5 Best Practices for Compliant and Consistent Employee Relations offered March 26th from 12:30 – 1:30pm CT. In this webinar, co-founder of Omega HR Solutions and compliance expert Mike Haberman and Dovetail’s Head of HR Process Design Dwane Lay discuss how to ensure employee relations practices meet the needs of federal statutes and comply with recent changes to employment laws.

“Part of our commitment as an HR technology vendor is to be a resource to HR professionals for quality content and training that enables them to perform their jobs more efficiently,” says Stephen Lynn, CEO of Dovetail Software. “Offering programs that award recertification credits just allows us to deliver more value to the HR community.”

Dovetail webinars host industry experts and thought leaders who discuss a variety of HR-related topics. To become an Approved Provider, Dovetail submitted extensive information and provided a history of its continuing education activities that were reviewed and approved by HRCI.

“We understand that HR professionals are extremely busy. Offering quality programs that also counts towards their recertification requirements is just a way for us to ensure the time they spend with us is well worth it,” says Emily Lewis, Director of Marketing at Dovetail Software.
