Cleveland, Ohio (August 30, 2013) Kim Davis, President/CEO announced Chadd Dehn has joined DreamJobs as an Executive Vice President and DreamJobs Partner. DreamJobs is a national, premier provider of nontraditional recruitment services with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. DreamJobs provides Scalable Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Recruitment Automation with Integrated Candidate Sourcing, and OnDemand Candidate Sourcing services.
Chadd joins DreamJobs to lead the OnDemand practice area and recruitment operations. Chadd will report to Kim Davis, DreamJobs President/CEO. He will also work closely with Mike Dachenhaus, Executive Vice President and DreamJobs Partner who leads their world class candidate research and their proprietary talent acquisition technology areas. According to Kim ”Chadd is a great addition to our leadership team and strengthens our thought leadership position in the nontraditional recruitment arena. He will add structure and discipline to our delivery model.” Chadd has significant RPO and healthcare recruiting experience. He is a recognized recruitment thought leader.
Chadd will work with the DreamJobs team in building out the OnDemand practice area that meets this new market’s demand for a partnered recruitment approach.
