Prior to joining Interaction Associates, Mora was Senior Vice President of Client Services for Right Management’s Pacific Region. She was awarded inclusion in Right Management’s President’s and Chairman’s Clubs for sales excellence for her work with such clients as Cisco Systems, eBay, Inc., Oracle, Sun Microsystems, IBM, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, JDSU, Synaptics, Inc., and Rambus Inc.
Over nine years with Right Management, Mora served in the Strategic Global Account Director role for many leading organizations, partnering with multiple business functions to achieve significant results. Mora was involved in the management of global leadership development programs, executive coaching, program impact assessment and measurement, change management, and outplacement. She took an active role in the design, development, implementation, and management of a number of global initiatives for her clients. She holds certifications in Solution Selling, Conceptual Selling, and the Denison Tool.
Emily’s board and community involvement includes the Bay Area Professional and Technical Diversity Network, Silicon Valley Partnerships, California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, California Hispanic Professional Association, Rainbow Push Coalition- Silicon Valley Project and the South San Jose Family Services Center. She volunteers with Project Homeless Connect.
