The magazine recently unveiled its 2012 “Baker’s Dozen Employment Screening Customer Satisfaction Ratings” list, which measures quality of service, breadth of service and size of customers.

The annual customer survey results were published in the November issue of HRO Today, the leading publication for human resource decision makers. HRO Today analyzed the customer feedback data to score each provider.
