Employment Background Investigations (EBI) is honored to once again be recognized in HRO Today Magazine’s Pre-Employment Screening Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is EBI’s seventh time appearing on this exclusive list of the top thirteen pre-employment screening providers. Watch EBI’s Screening News Network Video Blog about this honor.
The annual Baker’s Dozen is by far the most prestigious survey of its kind. All rankings are based completely on customer survey results and quantitative rankings. For 2014, 900 survey respondents from 400 different companies around the globe evaluated firms on the breadth of services, size of deal and overall quality of service.
Fifty screening providers were invited to take part in this survey. EBI ranked received top honors in all three categories, with a number two ranking in the most important category, customer satisfaction.
EBI finished with an overall ranking of number two for the second straight year. EBI has been ranked number one or two for three of the last four years!
