Currently President to the leading trade association for employee motivation, Recognition Professionals International, Kevin’s role at Rideau is expected to strongly support the company’s growth while bringing the buyer viewpoint to the provider landscape.

As a Certified Recognition Professional, Kevin has worked with an array of multinationals on strategy and execution and in this capacity Kevin will provide a vital role in supporting several large North American companies Rideau has recently won.
With over 15 years of experience in the recognition field, Kevin J. Cronin was most recently Senior Vice President of Recognition & Rewards at Bank of America and was responsible for the strategy and execution of all the Bank’s recognition & rewards programs which covered over 200,000 employees. According to the Herman Group, companies who use recognition as a business strategy outperform companies that don’t by 30 to 40 percent.
