Global Assessment Solutions Provider, Profiles International, to Host "HR Analytics" Webinar

Waco, TX. December 16, 2013- Global assessment solutions provider, Profiles International, will host a webinar on human resource analytics on December 17 at 11a.m. Kris Kunze, a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Profiles International, will host the webinar.

The “HR Analytics” session will teach professionals the skills necessary to demonstrate value in the new processes or strategies they recommend to senior leaders within their organization. In addition, the webinar will demonstrate the importance of HR analytics within the decision-making process, the best practices, and will cover many topics, including: business metrics, return on investment, predictive analytics, regression analysis, and independent and predicative variables.

At the end of the session, the audience will be able to define workforce analytics, identify variables when conducting predictive modeling in Microsoft Excel, understand the U.S. Department of Labor’s rules for interpreting correlation tables for psychometric data, and utilize statistics in a multiple regression example within an Excel calculator.
