Sale brings together two best-of-breed solutions to deliver a more comprehensive talent management platform
NEW YORK, NY and MONTREAL, CANADA —September 14, 2011 – Bernard Hodes Group, an Omnicom company, today announced that it has signed an agreement to sell its award-winning talent acquisition product, Hodes iQ, to Technomedia, a leading provider of integrated talent and learning management solutions for global organizations. The newly combined company will operate under the name Technomedia-Hodes iQ in the U.S., and Technomedia elsewhere in the world, and will serve hundreds of customers across the globe.
The transaction builds on Hodes iQ’s leadership position in the talent acquisition marketplace and Technomedia’s dominance in learning and performance management, giving the newly formed company a broader product set and the development resources, scalability and expertise required to meet the growing market for comprehensive talent management solutions.
