NEW YORK, NY— FEBRUARY 16, 2011 – Hodes iQ, the award-winning talent acquisition and management solution from Bernard Hodes Group, has formed a Client Advisory Council to support its growing client base and product suite.
The Client Advisory Council, a group of senior executives and other related stakeholders inside the Hodes iQ division, embodies some of the brightest minds in the HR community. The Client Advisory Council will be a vital connection to the industry and will shed an important light on how Hodes iQ can better serve its customers and position its products to meet the challenges of an ever-changing talent acquisition landscape.
Hodes iQ will work with the Client Advisory Council to develop and deliver world-class products as well as increase its efficiency and productivity. It will also serve as a central hub to gain valuable knowledge into how clients use the Hodes iQ products and act as a sounding board for future product needs and functionality.
“The Client Advisory Council will be instrumental in not only providing us visibility into how our customers use our products, but it will also serve as a window into the real issues facing their HR organizations that we will need to address whether that be technology, legal compliance or new sourcing trends and recruiting streams,” said Susan Russell, Hodes iQ Director of Client Engagement and facilitator of the Client Advisory Council. “It also provides a professional networking channel for participants with their own HR peers.”
The Client Advisory Council represents a cross-section of industries that will meet quarterly to allow Hodes iQ to better serve its customers and expand their relationship within the talent management community. The Client Advisory Council’s goals specifically include providing advice and consult on:
• Industry trends and their implications on recruitment and retention
• Talent acquisition and management technology as they relate to future product functionality enhancements and workflow improvements
• Ongoing feedback and new ideas that will strengthen customer relationships
“Our Client Advisory Council will be a source of genuine, actionable intelligence and a foundation for greater success with our product and client care infrastructure,” said Dwaine Maltais, senior vice president, E-Recruiting Solutions. “It has also become a valuable medium for exchanging ideas and vetting them out before we’ve put them into action or on the product roadmap.”
