HRSG Expands into Latin America

OTTAWA, Canada, December 13, 2011 – Human Resource Systems Group, Ltd. (HRSG), an international leader in competency-based tools and systems, has signed an agreement with RH em Ação (HR in Action), an HR consulting and training company located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to implement and sell HRSG’s i-SkillSuite® software as part of their practice. RH em Ação focuses on the Brazilian market and selected HRSG’s i-SkillSuite® product to expand their product offering as it is the only tool of its kind offered entirely in Portuguese.

“RH em Ação’s mandate is to offer comprehensive solutions in the development of training programs for clients and provide the best process for efficient and measureable results,” says Roberto Pierre Rigaud, president of RH em Ação. “With content available in Portuguese, HRSG’s i-SkillSuite® system was a perfect fit for RH em Ação to broaden their service offering.”

As part of the contract, RH em Ação will implement and sell HRSG’s i-SkillSuite® competency-based talent management software, which is built around a common competency architecture and supports the strategic management of talent from pre-hire to retire. With a fully translated, and proven Competency Dictionary and web-enabled tools, i-SkillSuite® is designed to work with an existing HR infrastructure.

Kicking off this partnership, HRSG is hosting a breakfast event in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to introduce HRSG products and services, and how competency-based management and strategically improve business operations.
