Award recipients were determined based on a two-part application process, which included an employer benefit and policies questionnaire and an employee engagement and satisfaction survey. Due in large part to the volume and quality of the favorable survey responses submitted by iCIMS employees, the company was recognized as a one of the top places to work in New Jersey for the second time.
