Boston MA, October 8, 2014 – Interaction Associates (IA), the global workplace performance innovator, has appointed Dana Sednek to lead the firm’s innovations in the live online learning environment. Sednek joins IA as Manager of Live Online with a primary focus on developing and expanding the firm’s virtual delivery capabilities.

Sednek will lead IA’s expansion into live online learning – building on the firm’s extensive experience in award-winning classroom learning.
Sednek has over a decade of experience working with online and virtual teams in global organizations including Cisco, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and Adobe. As a Sr. Learning and Collaboration Consultant at WebEx, Sednek designed and implemented the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the UK’s Virtual Leadership Conference, a six-year project designed to connect 260 British diplomats deployed in more than 85 countries.
She was recently cited as an expert in the article Want More Productive Meetings? Throw Out Your Conference Table! in Entrepreneur Magazine’s online edition.
Sednek is a thought leader on virtual learning topics, and has presented on learning and collaboration at the MASIE Learning conferences and has been featured on national webinars for WebEx Learning and the eLearning Guild. She has a Masters in Organizational Conflict Resolution from Antioch University and a Bachelors in Communications, Sociology, and Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Colorado.
