Formerly known as Northshore-LIJ, Northwell Health launched its new name in Spring 2016. With the help of Michael C. Fina Recognition, a new consolidated rewards platform was introduced during the organizational change to help drive engagement, build culture, eliminate unnecessary spend, and standardize company-wide recognition practices.
