The track’s inaugural webcast, “The ROI of Rewarding Talent: Skill-Based Pay,” will be broadcast live on Weds., Nov. 18 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET on www.hci.org. Guest presenter Patti Phillips, CEO and President, ROI Institute, will introduce an ROI methodology most often applied to measure the success of talent management investments, and will present a case study that demonstrates how one organization applied the ROI process to address a talent retention problem, when they rewarded talent for critical skills.

It also looks at how to leverage technology in making the business case for talent management and the ROI in talent.
