Profiles International Offers Sessions On High-Potentials, Improving Performance, and Corporate Culture

Waco, TX. April 22, 2014 – Global assessment solutions provider, Profiles International, announced the schedule for a variety of talent management webinars occurring in May of 2014.
Each month, Profiles International hosts complimentary online talent management sessions in which attendees learn about business, leadership, and human resource topics. At the end of each session, attendees leave with new knowledge of skills and strategies to put into action in their businesses.
Presenting the first May webinar will be Robin Mottern, Sr. VP of Sales in the Enterprise Solutions division. The webinar, “Diamond in the Rough: Identifying High Potential Employees,” will be held on May 8 at 11:00 a.m. CDT, and will focus on selecting the right talent for your organization and identifying those with high potential.
The second webinar is titled, “Improve Performance & Achieve Measurable Bottom Line Business Results,” and will be hosted by John Bradford, Sr. VP of Consulting and Training Services at Profiles, on May 15 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. The session will discuss the direct link between the achievement of measurable business results and assessment data.
Sherry Perkins, VP of Consulting and Training Services at Profiles International, will present the following webinar, titled, “Corporate Culture Versus National Culture: How Does Each Influence Job Performance?” The session is scheduled for May 20 at 11:00 a.m. CDT, and will focus on the concept of global presence and the challenges associated with managing corporate culture across a strong multicultural, multinational organization.
The fourth and final webinar is titled, “Finding Your Next Class of High Potentials: Effective College Campus Recruiting Strategies.” Kelly Painter, Chief Sales Officer and Executive VP of Enterprise Solutions at Profiles International, will present the webinar on May 29 at 11:00 a.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to understand every aspect of the recruiting process–from cultural fit and selection to career mapping and competing for talent.
