Quality Service Tradition Grows, Continues with Burkett and Ruff

Prior to the Service Delivery Manager role, she was Operations Manager in the Service Center managing Leave Administration/COBRA, and Health and Welfare books of business at ADP.

Before joining Businessolver, Ruff spent eight years at ADP. Most recently, she held the role of Operations Manager with a team based in Des Moines, IA and Hyderbad, India specializing in providing COBRA/DB/HIPAA, Qualified Medical Child Support Orders, Evidence of Insurability, Condolence, Dependent Verification, and other systematic reports to clients within a 150 client book of business. Ruff has an extensive background in compliance, with focus areas in COBRA and QMCSOs.
