We feel proud to announce that RChilli is celebrating its 10th work anniversary this month. It is a special moment for us because when we look back, we see 10 years of success, trust, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
RChilli started its journey as a startup struggling to make a place for itself in the industry. Vinay Johar, CEO-RChilli, noticed that many companies were selling resume parser as a luxurious product. However, he wanted that every company should experience the power of AI to simplify their recruitment process. The team worked with full commitment and dedication to create a scalable and affordable resume parser.
The first sale was made for $6, and today, we have clients who are paying $50k. We offer intelligent solutions such as Resume Parser, Search & Match Engine 2.0, Enrichment Marketplace, and Taxonomy 3.0 to ATS, Job Boards, and Enterprises across the globe. We feel honored that we serve Fortune 500 companies who are fully satisfied with our services.
A few of our team members would like to share their experiences of working with RChilli.
Pardeep Batra, Account Manager-RChilli, says, “One of the biggest achievements of RChilli is that it was started with a team of eight, and these eight team members are still working with the company. I have seen RChilli achieving success, losing everything in a major fire breakout, and regaining its strength back with the commitment and dedication of its team. I am proud that RChilli stands strong for the last 10 years in the HR Tech space with its recruitment analytics solutions.”
Recalling the journey, Kamaljit Kaur, Team Lead-RChilli, says, “I joined RChilli as a trainee at a time when its resume parser was being made. There was only one salesperson who just managed to get the first sales. Within one year of my joining, I saw tremendous growth in the company. Its been 10 years and the company is touching many milestones since then.”
We are celebrating this occasion by offering special discounts to our new users.
The offer is valid till Oct 31, 2020. Hurry up!
