RealTime Performance Kicks off Inspire 10X10, a Monthly Tip Sheet for On-the-job Leadership Development

SEATTLE (December 7, 2010) — Traditionally, the responsibility for building an employee development plan has fallen squarely on managers. A new complimentary tip sheet series, Inspire 10X10, from RealTime Performance gives employees a resource for developing their own plan.
