With the new features, recruiters using Sendouts can automate work-flow, have full control of the WebConnect integration, and extract job orders directly into their database from VMS systems.

VMS Sync – Import job orders directly into Sendouts with no user interaction. VMS Sync pulls VMS job orders into the internal database automatically. Also, candidates can be submitted to VMS systems by easily dragging and dropping candidate fields into corresponding VMS fields. Recruiters can begin working job orders more quickly than the competition.

Required Fields – Maintain clean, uniform data by enforcing or suggesting fields.

Business Rules Engine – Automatic field updates, emails, texts, tasks, notes, and activities can be created to keep recruiters on task and lessen their administrative responsibilities within the application.

WebConnect API – Control the look and feel of the WebConnect website integration without the use of web services from Sendouts. The WebConnect API allows developers to customize how Sendouts interfaces with client websites.

Social Media Integrations – Access candidate social media profiles with one click. The Social Bar performs searches on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google directly from candidate and company contact profiles in Sendouts. In addition, Social Share buttons have been added to all job listings. Candidates can easily share jobs with their social networks, increasing job exposure.

Custom Reporting (beta) – Now in beta, custom reporting will allow users to drag and drop fields and formatting into a powerful business intelligence tool to create custom reports. Set for full release in the fall, custom reporting gives recruiters an edge when it comes to measuring their unique set of metrics.
