DALLAS, August 13, 2014–Assess Systems has hired Shrayashi Browne, a 16-year veteran of the assessment industry, as Product Manager. Assess Systems provides Talent Selection and People Development solutions to companies in a variety of industries including restaurant, hospitality, retail, healthcare and banking, among others.
Browne comes to Assess Systems from IBM, where she was a product manager for one of the company’s applicant tracking systems. She has unusually broad and deep experience in the development of assessment tools, having participated and contributed to every step of the product development cycle–including research, requirements definition, engineering/development, positioning and promotion–during her career.
