She has been responsible for the planning, development and implementation of nationwide employer compliance programs on a number of contemporary issues. A Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers since 2004, Connye is currently a faculty member at the John Sperling School of Business of the University of Phoenix, and serves on the SHRM-Hawaii 2011 Board of Directors. Managing a Multi-Generation Workforce is the third topic in a series of best practices webinars presented in 2011 by SmartSearch®.
