On Wednesday, August 31, Lorraine McKay, vice president of HRSG, and Siva Swaminathan, senior consultant, will share valuable tips and best practices on quantifying and measuring employee performance. The virtual workshop begins at 12:30 p.m. EST and may be attended from home, office or any online computer as part of the Institute for Human Resource’s Virtual Talent Management Conference.
