What is Unified Talent Management?
Companies today are looking for one, reliable system to manage their entire employee lifecycle processes. Until now, companies were forced to utilize multiple solutions, with multiple databases and logins just to manage their talent. That made reporting on many important talent data difficult, inaccurate, and almost impossible. With HRsmart Unified Talent Management system, the entire employee lifecycle can be managed in one Unified Solution. The system includes: Applicant Tracking, Employee Performance, Career Development and Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Cross-Module Reporting with a full API.

Configurable External Career Site Search:
With 11.4 clients using HRsmart’s Applicant Tracking solution now have complete control over the job search forms and results screen. This option gives clients a multitude of options to configure the search page to their needs, or even disable the search page all together.
Clients can now store encrypted information within the database. A new custom field encrypts information that has been added to the system. This field can be added to any form, wherever interview, résumé/CV applications, on-boarding, or the other custom forms available in the system.
Bulk Candidate Hire/Disposition:
A recruiting user can hire and disposition candidates all on one screen. Recruiters can save a tremendous amount of time with the new bulk disposition feature. Included in this functionality is the ability to send different disposition emails to the candidates all from one screen.
New Advanced Search:
Using the new capabilities, users can search through the entire résumé/CV database with more flexibility. This feature can be enabled or disabled as required by clients.
Social Media Sharing:
Unified Talent Management 11.4 provides a multitude of new social media features. Allow your recruiters and your job seekers to share jobs on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and then report on the results. With the new social media report, have an in-depth view of the effectiveness of your social media recruiting strategy.
Copy Appraisal/Bulk Launch:
For those managers who spend a lot of time fine-tuning their employees’ appraisals, they may now copy from year to year or amongst their direct reports. They also have the ability to launch up to 20 appraisals at one time.
When goals are carried over from last year’s appraisal into the current year, they can now be copied rather than re-entered. Employees can copy goals from their past or current appraisals into their current active appraisal. Managers may copy from past or current appraisals between their direct reports.
Appraisal Tab Order:
For organizations that wish to control the order of the appraisal categories and the order of the contents of each category (i.e. the order of the competencies), administrators may now set the desired order at the template level.
Print View Enhancements:
A variety of enhancements have been added to the print view of the appraisal including the appraisal name and the signature date and comments. Users may now also select the desired audience for the rating comments, thereby sharing them with the employee or manager or keeping them private.
In addition to Job Family, administrators are now able to create associations to Org Unit, Location and Job Roles. This allows for more targeted auto-assignment of courses through curricula.
Class Calendar Filters:
Students can find classes with greater ease on the Class Schedule Calendar with the additional filters for Location and Class Type.
Domino List Filters:
This enhancement enables users to better locate an employee on the Domino List. Instead of selecting an employee by name, users are now able to search the employee database for the employee, filter by manager, location, org unit or job title.
The new, highly configurable off-boarding features provide better support for terminating employees, and allows for those individuals to be flagged if they re-apply to the company, and select the termination reason(s) from a list of configurable dropdowns with the ability of adding a note. An easy-to-use wizard has been created to guide users through the Off-Boarding process, and resembles all other wizards in the system.
