(Salt Lake City, UT, November 29, 2011) InsideOut Development (IOD), a professional services firm, recently released the humorous video short, Caveman Breakthrough on YouTube™ as part of the launch for a new training offering. Just under 8,000 view the video during launch week.

Developed as part of the InsideOut Coaching™ product launch, Caveman Breakthrough chronicles the misadventures of a caveman as he attempts to start a fire to cook his dinner. The video short is InsideOut Development’s humorous take on a breakthrough moment in history.

“The frustrations and aha moment experienced by the caveman resonates with anyone who has struggled with performance issues—either their own or someone they manage.” says Jacques Bazinet, Director of Marketing at InsideOut Development. “The video short was developed because we understand and appreciate the difficult, frustrating and sometimes humorous situations managers and individuals find themselves on their journey to a breakthrough. Our new training program offers a fast, simple way to get more leaders, coaching more often, for more impact.
