A recognized leader in advertising, marketing and business development, Tim has more than 15 years of experience in cross-functional teams, managing direct reports, strategic planning, account management, social media development and new business generation. In his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer for Jacob Tyler Brand + Digital Agency, Tim developed business proposals, compelling RFP responses, pitch materials, and new scopes of work. In his new role at ACI, Tim will lead the Marketing and IT teams to break new ground in targeted revenue-generating campaigns and cutting-edge digital strategies.

Tim graduated from Framingham State University with a degree in Biology. His interests and notable achievements include being a Crossfit competitor, SAG and AFTRA member, medical missionary, NAUI scuba diving instructor, EMT and 911 dispatcher and volunteer firefighter. Tim is a fan of employee engagement, and believes that by promoting a strong corporate culture, companies will experience an increase in active participation by their employees and increased productivity. Although he has practically done it all, Tim’s dream job would be cardiothoracic surgeon.
