A next-generation EQ model now focuses on translating EQ awareness into behaviors—the outward actions that create objective, measurable benefits. Webinar attendees will learn:

-how EQ initiatives have improved sales results, recruiting efforts and managerial performance,
-how the behavioral aspects of EQ can quickly make a difference in the workplace, and
-how to apply Behavioral EQ to improve individual and organizational performance.
